Non-winning apple pies and apple butter entries will be available for purchase at the Murphysboro Event Center between 2:30pm and 4:30pm or until sold out.
Champion Apple Pies and Apple Butter entries will be auctioned off at the Appletime Stage beginning at 5:30 pm.

Pies and apple butter must be brought to the top floor of the Murphysboro Event Center between 7am and 10:45am on Thursday, September 12, 2024.
All apple butter jars must be sealed.
Apple Pies will be judged on appearance, crust, filling, and flavor.
Apple Butter will be judged on appearance, taste, and texture.
Judges have the final decision.
The Murphysboro Apple Festival has implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures and has added additional handwashing stations and sanitizing stations throughout the Festival grounds. Please follow all recommended guidelines while attending the Festival in order to keep it fun and safe for everyone!
