By checking this box you acknowledge the requirements of the event and verify that you will not hold the Murphysboro Apple Festival, the City of Murphysboro, or property owners responsible for any loss, theft, or destruction of your work or any personal injury which might be suffered during the show. All normal precautions will be taken to assure the safety of exhibitors and their property.

If waitlisted, please indicate whether you would like your fee refunded or if you would like your fee applied towards registration in the 2024 Arts and Crafts Fair.
